Looking for a way to improve your mental health while getting active? Join us for Menergy - Walk & Talk a weekly fitness and wellbeing session designed specifically for men aged 18 and over. Each Sunday from 11:30 to 12:30, we’ll meet outdoors to walk, talk, and run in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned runner, our sessions offer a chance to improve both physical and mental health. The focus is on building camaraderie and sharing experiences in a non-judgmental space. Through movement, conversation, and a welcoming group dynamic, you'll find strength, motivation, and a sense of connection.
