Menergy Yogalates sessions are designed to support physical strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing through intentional movement.
These sessions combine strength-based exercises with guided stretching to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and build resilience in both body and mind. The focus is on moving with awareness, listening to your body, and leaving feeling stronger, more balanced, and restored.
Sessions are inclusive, supportive, and adaptable for all levels, also include elements of guided breathing and conversation.
No prior experience required. Movements can be modified to suit individual needs.
