RXStrength is a high-intensity circuit training class focused on building muscular strength and endurance through progressive resistance exercises.

Whether you're starting out or levelling up, this session is designed to challenge and empower you β helping you build strength, stamina, and confidence in every workout.

For: Older adults and those looking for low-impact, functional exercise
RXStrength Seniors is a low-intensity circuit class tailored specifically for older adults. It focuses on:
Strength-building and stability
Balance and coordination
Joint health and everyday mobility
All movements are gentle, controlled, and supportive β perfect for maintaining independence and moving with confidence in daily life.
